ZK-HKC AS-350 B3 Squirrel
The AS-350 B3 Squirrel is a high-performance aircraft renowned for its precision in the placement of external or underslung loads. As the most robust variant in the AS-350 range, the B3 excels in lifting heavy loads, particularly in challenging high-altitude environments. Notably, it stands as the sole aircraft type to have successfully landed on the summit of Mt. Everest, a testament to its unparalleled capabilities.
Our aircraft has undergone meticulous weight optimization, shedding excess weight to maximize its payload capacity, especially crucial for operations in high-altitude terrains like Mt. Ruapehu, the highest peak in the North Island of New Zealand. Here, we routinely transport loads exceeding 1,000 kilograms, while at lower altitudes, the aircraft can lift up to 1,400 kilograms.
In addition to its cargo-carrying prowess, the AS-350 B3 Squirrel can swiftly transition into passenger transport mode when needed. With the option of a single pilot and seating for up to six passengers (using the optional dual front seat), or with the added safety of two pilots accommodating up to four passengers, the aircraft ensures flexibility and safety in every mission. Ample space is available for luggage or equipment, ensuring that all necessary items can be conveniently transported to the site.
ZK-HZD AS-350FX2 Squirrel
The AS-350FX2 Squirrel is a versatile aircraft suited for a wide range of missions, from passenger transport and precise load placement to aerial filming, winching operations, and agricultural tasks.
While its maximum lift capacity of 1,000 kilograms falls short of the AS-350B3, it surpasses the capabilities of the AS-350B2, especially in high-altitude or hot climate conditions. This aircraft has been carefully engineered to remain lightweight, enabling it to carry maximum payloads efficiently.
In passenger transport mode, the AS-350FX2 can be swiftly configured to accommodate varying needs. With the option of a single pilot and seating for up to six passengers (utilizing the optional dual front seat), or with the added safety of two pilots and room for up to four passengers, the aircraft ensures flexibility and safety in every operation. Ample space is available for luggage or equipment, ensuring that all necessary items can be conveniently transported for the journey or on-site tasks.
